Ty Giles competes in South Georgia Showdown at Needmore Speedway

Ty Giles followed the Crate Racin' USA boys to Needmore Speedway (Norman Park, Ga.) on Friday evening to kick off the two-day South Georgia Showdown.

Coming off a win last weekend, Giles started 13th in the $3,000-to-win show and wound up 19th.

Saturday's show was canceled due to high winds and cold weather.
