Ty Giles 11th in Steve Whitener Memorial at All-Tech Raceway

With the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series in town, Ty Giles made his way to All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Fla.) on Friday afternoon for the 604 Late Model portion of the Winter Nationals.

With 41 Late Models on site for the Steve Whitener Memorial, Giles qualified third-quickest in his group before finishing fifth in his heat race.

Earning a spot in the $5,000-to-win main event with a B-Main victory, Ty moved forward six positions in the 40-lap feature to finish 11th.
